Protect the Endangered Species Act

Nature has blessed our planet with millions of diverse and unique species, many of which are still to be discovered. Unfortunately, we are currently facing the greatest rate of extinction since the dinosaurs went extinct more than 60 million years ago.

This unprecedented destruction of wildlife populations is directly linked to human activities such as deforestation, habitat loss, unsustainable agriculture, climate change, pollution, and the use of pesticides.

All living beings on our planet have the same right to exist as we do. Our survival depends on theirs.

We call on you to take action to defend the Endangered Species Act, which is our most important legal tool for protecting animals at risk of extinction. The ESA has faced many challenges over the years, including attacks from industries that prioritize profits over animal life and habitat protection.

We urge you to sign our petition to Congress expressing your support for the Endangered Species Act and opposition to any efforts to weaken it.

We must do everything in our power to stop the sixth mass extinction that is currently underway. The Endangered Species Act has helped to save over 1,600 U.S. plants, fish, and animal species. Without this critical legislation, future generations may never know some of the species that we have grown to appreciate.
